Description of the Service
For our client in the energy sector, we are looking for a test manager that will report to the Project Manager for the implementation project for the Next Gen HSSE IT-System.
Main responsibilities will include the following:

• Overall responsible for the test and QA activities for the HSSE IT-System
• Define criteria and test cases for functional and technical testing
• Lead and orchestrate the user acceptance testing activities before the launch
• Coordinate activities towards the software vendor and communicate test results
• Take an active role in project meetings, stand-ups and stakeholder discussions to contribute to the project success

Competency and Experience
The consultant must fulfill the following criteria for competency and experience:

• 3-5 years experience as a test manager, ideally gained through previous projects with and HSSE and/or SaaS roll-out focus
• Domain knowledge within HSSE and experience with Enablon or tother similar HSSE software systems will be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and courageous to point out problem areas
• Ability to document and communicate clearly and effectively at all levels

Other capabilities

• Fluency in English, both verbally and written
• Collaborative style of working to engage stakeholders and proactively manage activities
• Experience from international projects and work culture is an advantage
• Recognize and appreciate the value of good documentation
