Our client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join their team as a specialist in Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and cloud technologies. As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and maintaining a secure AD environment, ensuring the security and lifecycle management of servers, administrating and maintaining servers, managing the cloud and O365 environment (Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams), overseeing the backup and disaster recovery (DRP) environment, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain a secure Active Directory environment, ensuring the integrity and availability of user accounts, group policies, and domain services.
• Manage the security and lifecycle of servers, including regular patching, vulnerability assessments, and server hardening measures.
• Administer and maintain servers, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security across the IT infrastructure.
• Oversee the administration and maintenance of the cloud and O365 environment, including Azure AD, SharePoint, and Teams, ensuring proper configuration and adherence to security best practices.
• Administer and maintain the backup and disaster recovery (DRP) environment, implementing and testing backup strategies and procedures.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of systems, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, and SharePoint, showcasing the ability to design, implement, and manage these technologies effectively.
  
• Knowledge of network administration principles and practices, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols.
• Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and Unix/Linux operating systems would be advantageous, as they complement the overall IT infrastructure.
