The Integration team in Statkraft is responsible for Statkraft’s integration platform. Azure and Microsoft BizTalk Server serve as the backbone for our global integration architecture. The highly experienced integration team is located across Norway, Germany and India. Statkraft has expanded the integration platform into the cloud with Azure functionality like API Management, Logic Apps, Functions, Data Factory, Stream Analytics, Service Bus, Databricks and Synapse. MIBI operates critical infrastructure in Statkraft, and it requires a high degree in quality of work.

The resource will be part of our integration operational schedule.

The scope of the assignment is 1st line and 2nd line of integration operation.

The result of the Service will be agreed with Statkraft Representative for the Service and evaluated consecutively.

1. line integration operation:

Competence profile:

• Experience with BizTalk Administrator Console
• Experience with Azure, application insights, log analytics, dashboards
• SQL Management Studio - SQL experience for searching BAM and custom SQL tables
• ServiceNow – Support ticket handling
• Splunk – Log search
• BT360 – BizTalk monitoring

Tasks:

• Off-line ports handling, communicate with internal/external contacts to get ports online.
• Suspended messages handling, according to well-known support scenarios documentation
• Follow-up of Servicebus, deadletter queues
• Update support documentation
• Ticket handling regarding missing data
• Follow up email notifications regarding data flows
• Follow up BizTalk monitoring console
• Follow up BT360 monitoring console
• Create and follow-up tickets with external data providers
• Create firewall change requests
• Setup of monitoring/alerts in BT360
• Setup of new ports for existing integrations

2. line integration support:

Competence profile:

• Same as 1. line support
• SQL experience select/update/insert/delete records
• Azure Logic apps and functions tracing
• BizTalk development debugging experience

Tasks:

• Configuring new data feeds form external data providers
• Configure market data and NPC tasks
• Configure operational dataflow
• Migrate configurations from preproduction to production
• Troubleshooting suspended messages
