For our customer in the Telecom industry we are looking for a Scrum Master to assist a B2B BSS IT-development team. 
 
The right resource has the following capabilities: 
 
- Proficient with Atlassian Jira and Confluence 
- Take control of reported bugs and requested changes. 
- Continuously keep track on status for the ongoing tasks 
- Ensure that new bugs and changes are sufficiently documented from the start 
- Chase down necessary feedback from necessary parties to ensure the progression of tasks 
- Facilitate prioritization meetings and sprint planning 
- Plan, order and communicate upcoming IT-deliverables to production 
- Experience with working agile. Telia is adapting to SAFe-methodology 
- Need to be self-driven and take necessary actions in order to have progression on prioritized tasks 
 
It would be plus if the resource also has experience with: 
 
- Vendor management, we're working with different vendors that provide IT-deliverables 
- Generally, have technical IT-knowledge in order to better understand what we are doing and what's necessary for us to provide great deliverables 
- Experience with the "Jira Administrator"-role in order to build and dashboards, workflows, screens, etc.
