We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst with experience in MES (Manufacturing Executing Systems) to join our team. As the Systems Analyst MES, you will be responsible for the maintenance, enhancement, and development of business applications in the manufacturing area. You will work on the configuration and enhancement of MES applications, proactively find and implement technical solutions, ensure IT technical integration of SPS systems, implement shop floor and manufacturing systems, perform user and system administration, support site-specific Internet and Intranet applications, contribute to MES projects, provide backup in projects and day-to-day operations for PPS MFGPRO, support and assist business users, implement SQL server-based database applications, administer MES systems, optimize processes and procedures, maintain and support application interfaces, supervise overall business applications, and be on call duty as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance business applications in the area of manufacturing, specifically MES systems.
• Develop, configure, and enhance applications related to MES, proactively identifying and implementing technical solutions.
• Ensure the IT technical integration of SPS systems within the manufacturing environment.
• Implement shop floor, manufacturing, and visualizing systems to support efficient production processes.
• Perform user and system administration for the applications in the area of responsibility.
• Support site-specific Internet and Intranet applications, addressing any technical issues or requirements.
• Contribute to MES projects, participating in their planning, execution, and successful delivery.
• Provide backup support in projects and day-to-day operations for PPS MFGPRO, ensuring system stability and functionality.
• Support and assist business users, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting application issues, and providing technical guidance.
• Implement SQL server-based database applications, ensuring data integrity and efficient data management.
• Administer MES systems at the Deizisau plant, ensuring their availability and optimal performance.
• Perform database administration and programming tasks within the area of responsibility.
• Optimize processes and procedures in the application area, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Maintain and support application interfaces, ensuring smooth data flow between systems.
• Provide overall supervision of business applications within the manufacturing area.
• Be on call duty as required, responding to any urgent IT incidents and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Contribute to KVP (Continuous Improvement), VV (Value-Added), Health, Safety, and Environmental responsibilities and KPIs of the respective area.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in launching MES systems and related IT business projects.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to different stakeholders.
• Strong customer and service orientation, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and support.
• Independent and structured way of working, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Very good German and good English language skills, enabling effective communication within the team and with international stakeholders.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as required for project implementations or other business needs.
