Statkraft requires a consultant Enterprise Architect to join the organization for a 6 month (minimum) assignment in Company’s IT Enterprise Architecture department. The role is a replacement for a permanent employee who will be on leave during the assignment term, and the role reports directly to the Head of Enterprise Architecture.

Supplier shall provide Statkraft with an experienced resource who shall assist the existing team in work related to, but not limited to the following:

• Drive the architecture process in Statkraft ensuring the right solutions are delivered to meet customer needs, TCO and compliance.
• Together with the team of Architects and Subject Matter Experts, develop and adapt architecture, solution, products, and services to ensure predictable and sound systems that meet business needs.
• Advice clients on possibilities of our solutions, and design solutions to meet business needs
• Participate in Customer Relationship Management, building trust in the role as customer advisor.
• Capture & translate business requirements to actions & deliveries.
• Ensure that the project decisions made are in accordance with Statkraft IT principles and meet security and compliance requirements.

Competency and Experience
The consultant provided under this Agreement shall fulfill the following competence requirements:

• Higher relevant education at a university level.
• Sound technical background, detailed understanding of modern enterprise/solution architecture.
• Experience with supporting business processes with energy trading/energy management and related risk management
• Experience with managing stakeholders, business and technical requirements and change management.
• Ability to design & adapt solutions to customer needs, using existing building blocks in possibly new ways
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture Strategy.
• Ability to direct solution development across application portfolio.
• Work with vendors and vendor market to identify (and adapt) new solutions.
• Ability to connect the dots between diverse business needs across Statkraft.
