We are searching for a Lead Architect for a telecom customer.

The IT Architecture team is responsible for all architecture work (process, application and data) in BSS (Business Support System) Domain. The BSS Domain consists of both COTS and home-grown applications in CRM, Order Management, Enterprise Product Catalogue, Billing and Fulfillment area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead business and technology solution architecture and design for Telecom Business Support System (BSS) specially the ecommerce domain (composable commerce, webshop, selfservice) area
• Facilitate workshops with Business stakeholders and capture business drivers & requirement, create AS-IS & TO-BE Business Architecture.
• Map Business architecture to technical and application architecture.
• Work closely with team leads and developers to help design solution architecture.
• Lead, Consult and communicate with required team members involved in the delivery of program to ensure alignment with the agreed works program & IT Blueprint
• Act as liaison and representative of IT as Domain Specialist and liaise with business and technology community for IT/ Business initiatives phases, to ensure that the solution meets the defined needs of the business and IT objectives

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience with development with minimum of 3+ years of experience in architecture and design
• Good understanding of eCommerce, Order Management and Product Catalogue area
• Exposure and knowledge on TOGAF, TMForum eTOM, TAM and SID models specifically around Customer and Product domain
• Cloud knowledge specially on Azure preferred.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree
